Il est int\u00e9ressant de noter que quelques demandes sont en attente d\u2019approbation aupr\u00e8s du r\u00e9gulateur.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon un 24 ao\u00fbt <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sec.gov\/Archives\/edgar\/data\/1592900\/000182912623005634\/easeries_485apos.htm#b_001\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">d\u00e9p\u00f4t<\/a> soumis \u00e0 la SEC, les deux ETF \u00e0 terme ETH sont intitul\u00e9s \u00ab ARK 21Shares Active Ethereum Futures ETF \u00bb (ARKZ) et \u00ab ARK 21Shares Active Bitcoin Ethereum Strategy ETF \u00bb (ARKY). Le dossier ajoute que l&#039;ETF ARKZ investirait au moins 25% de son actif total dans des contrats \u00e0 terme Ethereum r\u00e9gl\u00e9s en esp\u00e8ces, tels que ceux n\u00e9goci\u00e9s sur le Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u2019autre part, l\u2019ETF ARKY comprendra \u00e0 la fois des contrats \u00e0 terme Bitcoin et Ethereum. Il est \u00e9galement crucial de noter qu\u2019Empowered Funds a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 en tant que conseiller en investissement pour les deux produits \u00e0 terme cryptographiques. Ces ETF n\u2019investiront pas directement dans l\u2019actif cryptographique sous-jacent mais offriront une exposition indirecte \u00e0 l\u2019actif num\u00e9rique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plus important encore, ARK Invest et 21Shares ont annonc\u00e9 pour la premi\u00e8re fois leur partenariat pour lancer un ETF Bitcoin au comptant en 2021.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est int\u00e9ressant de noter que la SEC a rejet\u00e9 leurs demandes les deux premi\u00e8res fois en mars et janvier 2022, et la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 a de nouveau soumis la demande en incluant un accord de partage de surveillance (SSA) avec la plus grande bourse des \u00c9tats-Unis, <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/bitcoinwisdom.com\/fr\/coinbase-review\/\" title=\"Coinbase\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\">Coinbase<\/a>.
