Hashdex a soumis une demande de modification de son ETF \u00e0 terme Bitcoin en un ETF Bitcoin au comptant en septembre, rejoignant ainsi BlackRock, Grayscale, Fidelity et WisdomTree. La d\u00e9cision de la SEC concernant la demande de HashDex \u00e9tait attendue le 17 novembre, mais deux documents montrent que le r\u00e9gulateur a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de prolonger la d\u00e9cision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019organisme de r\u00e9glementation n\u2019a pas encore fourni de r\u00e9ponse au r\u00e9cent groupe de demandes. Les pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents refus de la SEC \u00e9taient fond\u00e9s sur ses pr\u00e9occupations concernant un certain nombre de probl\u00e8mes, notamment la vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 du Bitcoin aux manipulations de march\u00e9 et l&#039;absence d&#039;accords de partage de surveillance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cependant, suite \u00e0 l\u2019approbation des ETF \u00e0 terme Bitcoin, les candidats affirment d\u00e9sormais que ces probl\u00e8mes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9solus ou ne sont pas actuellement applicables. Le r\u00e9gulateur a repouss\u00e9 la date limite pour prendre une d\u00e9cision finale au 1er janvier 2024. La SEC aura d\u00e9sormais plus de temps pour revoir sa d\u00e9cision avant la nouvelle date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grayscale a soumis une demande plus t\u00f4t en octobre pour transformer son Ethereum Trust en ETF. Le PDG de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, Michael Sonnenshein, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que cette d\u00e9cision \u00e9tait importante pour rapprocher Ethereum de la conformit\u00e9 aux lois am\u00e9ricaines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La SEC pourrait avoir d\u2019autres d\u00e9cisions \u00e0 prendre dans les semaines \u00e0 venir alors que plusieurs soci\u00e9t\u00e9s du monde financier continuent de s\u2019int\u00e9resser aux ETF bas\u00e9s sur la cryptographie.
