{"id":79146,"date":"2023-08-25T04:40:47","date_gmt":"2023-08-25T04:40:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bitcoinwisdom.com\/?p=79146"},"modified":"2023-08-25T04:40:47","modified_gmt":"2023-08-25T04:40:47","slug":"ethereum-futures-etf-applications-submitted-by-ark-21shares","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bitcoinwisdom.com\/it\/ethereum-futures-etf-applications-submitted-by-ark-21shares\/","title":{"rendered":"Domande per ETF su futures Ethereum presentate da ARK, 21Shares"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>ARK Invest e 21Shares hanno presentato una richiesta alla SEC per due ETF sui futures di Ethereum.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Uno degli ETF si chiama \u201cARK 21Shares Active Ethereum Futures ETF\u201d (ARKZ).<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Il secondo \u00e8 intitolato \u201cARK 21Shares Active Bitcoin Ethereum Strategy ETF\u201d (ARKY).<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Empowered Funds \u00e8 stato istituito come consulente per gli investimenti per i due prodotti futures su criptovalute.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p>La societ\u00e0 di gestione patrimoniale ARK Invest e l&#039;emittente ETF 21Shares hanno presentato richieste alla Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) degli Stati Uniti per ETH futures negoziati in borsa (ETF) nel tentativo di ottenere il vantaggio del first mover. \u00c8 interessante notare che alcune richieste sono in attesa di approvazione da parte dell&#039;autorit\u00e0 di regolamentazione.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Come per un 24 agosto <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sec.gov\/Archives\/edgar\/data\/1592900\/000182912623005634\/easeries_485apos.htm#b_001\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">deposito<\/a> presentati alla SEC, i due ETF futures ETH sono denominati &quot;ARK 21Shares Active Ethereum Futures ETF&quot; (ARKZ) e &quot;ARK 21Shares Active Bitcoin Ethereum Strategy ETF&quot; (ARKY). Il documento aggiunge che l&#039;ETF ARKZ investirebbe almeno 25% del suo patrimonio totale in contratti futures su Ethereum regolati in contanti, come quelli negoziati sul Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u2019altra parte, l\u2019ARKY ETF includer\u00e0 sia contratti futures su Bitcoin che su Ethereum. \u00c8 anche fondamentale notare che Empowered Funds \u00e8 stato istituito come consulente per gli investimenti per i due prodotti futures su criptovalute. Questi ETF non investiranno direttamente nell\u2019asset crittografico sottostante ma forniranno un\u2019esposizione indiretta all\u2019asset digitale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ancora pi\u00f9 importante, ARK Invest e 21Shares hanno annunciato per la prima volta la loro partnership per il debutto di un ETF spot su Bitcoin nel 2021.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c8 interessante notare che la SEC ha respinto le loro richieste le prime due volte a marzo e gennaio 2022 e l&#039;azienda ha presentato ancora una volta la richiesta includendo un accordo di condivisione della sorveglianza (SSA) con la pi\u00f9 grande borsa degli Stati Uniti, <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/bitcoinwisdom.com\/it\/coinbase-review\/\" title=\"Coinbase\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\">Coinbase<\/a>. \u00c8 fondamentale menzionare qui che anche la pi\u00f9 grande societ\u00e0 di gestione patrimoniale del mondo, BlackRock, ha chiesto l\u2019approvazione spot dell\u2019ETF Bitcoin dopo un SSA con Coinbase.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Come riportato in precedenza da BitcoinWisdom, <a href=\"https:\/\/bitcoinwisdom.com\/it\/valkyrie-files-for-ether-futures-etf-all-you-need-to-know\/\">Anche Valkyrie ha presentato domanda<\/a> con la SEC degli Stati Uniti per un ETF sui futures di Ethereum il 16 agosto.
