Intressant nog har n\u00e5gra ans\u00f6kningar v\u00e4ntat p\u00e5 godk\u00e4nnande hos tillsynsmyndigheten.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enligt den 24 augusti <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sec.gov\/Archives\/edgar\/data\/1592900\/000182912623005634\/easeries_485apos.htm#b_001\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">arkivering<\/a> inl\u00e4mnat till SEC, de tv\u00e5 ETH-termins-ETF:erna heter &quot;ARK 21Shares Active Ethereum Futures ETF&quot; (ARKZ) och &quot;ARK 21Shares Active Bitcoin Ethereum Strategy ETF&quot; (ARKY). Anm\u00e4lan till\u00e4gger att ARKZ ETF skulle investera minst 25% av sina totala tillg\u00e5ngar i kontantavr\u00e4knade Ethereum-terminskontrakt, s\u00e5som de som handlas p\u00e5 Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c5 andra sidan kommer ARKY ETF att inkludera b\u00e5de Bitcoin och Ethereum terminskontrakt. Det \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 viktigt att notera att Empowered Funds har etablerats som en investeringsr\u00e5dgivare f\u00f6r de tv\u00e5 kryptoterminsprodukterna. Dessa ETF:er kommer inte att investera direkt i den underliggande kryptotillg\u00e5ngen utan kommer att ge indirekt exponering mot den digitala tillg\u00e5ngen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c4nnu viktigare, ARK Invest och 21Shares tillk\u00e4nnagav f\u00f6rst sitt partnerskap f\u00f6r att debutera en spot Bitcoin ETF 2021.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Intressant nog avvisade SEC deras ans\u00f6kningar de f\u00f6rsta tv\u00e5 g\u00e5ngerna i mars och januari 2022, och f\u00f6retaget har \u00e5terigen skickat in ans\u00f6kan samtidigt som det inkluderade ett \u00f6vervakningsdelningsavtal (SSA) med den st\u00f6rsta b\u00f6rsen i USA, <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/bitcoinwisdom.com\/sv\/coinbase-review\/\" title=\"Myntbas\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\">Myntbas<\/a>. Det \u00e4r viktigt att n\u00e4mna h\u00e4r att det st\u00f6rsta kapitalf\u00f6rvaltningsf\u00f6retaget i v\u00e4rlden, BlackRock, ocks\u00e5 har ans\u00f6kt om spot Bitcoin ETF-godk\u00e4nnande efter en SSA med Coinbase.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Som rapporterats tidigare av BitcoinWisdom, <a href=\"https:\/\/bitcoinwisdom.com\/sv\/valkyrie-files-for-ether-futures-etf-all-you-need-to-know\/\">Valkyrie l\u00e4mnade ocks\u00e5 in en ans\u00f6kan<\/a> med United States SEC f\u00f6r en Ethereum-termins-ETF den 16 augusti.
