The investment product has been listed on the Depository Trust &amp; Clearing Corporation (DTCC), which further suggests approval from the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a public post submitted on social media platform X (formerly known as Twitter), Bloomberg analyst Eric Balchunas <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/EricBalchunas\/status\/1716529570759704832\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">noted<\/a> that the DTCC listing is \u201call part of the process\u201d of debuting a spot Bitcoin ETF in the market. While BlackRock has not given an official statement regarding the same, it is clear that positive signs can already be witnessed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The iShares Bitcoin spot ETF will have the ticker IBTC, and it seems that it is currently in the process of being added to the Nasdaq stock exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cThis is [the] first spot ETF listed on DTCC, none of the others on there (yet),\u201d said Balchunas. \u201cDef notable BlackRock is leading charge on these logistics (seeding, ticker, dtcc) that tend to happen just prior to launch. Hard not to view this as them getting signal that approval is certain\/imminent.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\"><p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">The iShares Bitcoin Trust has been listed on the DTCC (Depository Trust &amp; Clearing Corporation, which clears NASDAQ trades).
