Bjork

Bjork, the much-beloved Icelandic singer-songwriter who began making music at just 11 years old, quickly became a world-renowned performer and grew immense wealth due to her musical career over the years. But when you have money, you always want more. Bjork, like many other celebrities, turned to crypto investments to bring in more influence and cash in the long run.
Like a few other celebrities mentioned on this list, Bjork wasn’t satisfied with buying Bitcoin or investing in Ethereum. She wanted her own coin. Dubbed “Audio Coins,” Bjork’s cryptocurrency launched in 2017, at the height of the crypto boom.
But like most other fly-by-night crypto coins started by celebrities trying to cash in on the craze, Audio Coins flopped hard. At one point, they dropped to just $0.07 for 100 Audio Coins. Now, these crypto coins were sold as a package deal with her album, ‘Utopia’, and so most didn’t buy into the craze in the traditional sense.
