Ghostface Killah

Unlike many of the other celebrities who invest in cryptocurrency, renowned rapper Ghostface Killah took digital coins a step further by introducing his own to the world. Cream Capital, named as such because of Wu-Tang Clan’s 1993 hit song, ‘C.R.E.A.M.’, which is an acronym for ‘Cash Rules Everything Around Me’, introduced the Cream Dividend Token. Ghostface Killah launched the company as its founding member.

In 2017, when the crypto coin was introduced to the world, it launched for just $0.02 per coin. The following year, its price skyrocketed to $0.12 per coin. The upward trend didn’t last long, though. Ghostface Killah’s cryptocurrency appeared destined for failure as its per coin price plummeted to below $0.0045 per coin. For all intents and purposes, the Cream Coin failed big time.

Whether or not rapper Ghostface Killah intends to try again remains to be seen, though it’s not out of the realm of possibility with how immensely popular digital currency has become since 2017.
