Shah in the post confirmed that he has now joined a cryptocurrency Investment organization, Pantera Capital. As revealed, he will act as the chief operating officer of the investment firm.

What Shah Brings to Pantera Capital from JPMorgan

He acknowledged that he served in numerous positions throughout his twelve years stint with the organization. Some of these positions, as revealed, revolve around strategy, sales, and digital sessions.

Via the post, Shah expressed his excitement to join the crypto investment firm. He boasted that the firm remains a trailblazer among blockchain institutional investors. The renowned expert promised to contribute his quota towards the uplift of Pantera.

In Pantera Capital, Shah will work alongside experts like Joey Krug and Dan Morehead. Meanwhile, Samir Shah joins the continuous exodus of experts joining the crypto space. Recently, experts are leaving the traditional financial world to venture into the emerging cryptocurrency space.

Shah with this development becomes the second JPMorgan employee to leave within the last two months. Recall that another expert, Christine Moy also left JPMorgan in May to join Apollo Global management. While at JPMorgan, Moy served as a firm’s cryptocurrency and blockchain lead. As revealed, he joined Apollo management in the capacity of head of digital assets.

Shah, however, heaped praises on JPMorgan for granting him the platform to showcase his expertise. He vowed to continuously follow up and advocate the growth of the bank. The former JP Morgan employee extended his appreciation to members of the staff for their contribution. Shah stated that he’s always open to interacting with his previous colleagues at JPMorgan.

Notably, Samir Shah previously worked with Goldman Sach between 2000-2003. Afterwards, he moved to Mc Kinsey where he worked for 5 years.
