Investors in the NFT gaming project CryptoZoo are still waiting for Logan Paul to refund their money.

Logan Paul is yet to Fulfill his Promise of Refunding $1.9M to Investors: Coffezilla

  • Investors in the NFT gaming project CryptoZoo are still waiting for Logan Paul to refund their money.
  • “Internet detective” Coffezilla said that he messaged the YouTuber but received no response.
  • The communication between Logan Paul and the CryptoZoo community has decreased to zero.
  • Paul promised investors that he would refund 1000 ETH and introduced a 3-step process to revive CryptoZoo.

Logan Paul, a well-known YouTuber and star of the World Wrestling Federation, recently entered the non-fungible token (NFT) and blockchain gaming industries via the NFT gaming project CryptoZoo. However, the project was deemed a failure, and all the investors were promised by the YouTuber that they would be refunded close to $1.9 million. However, the promise has yet to be fulfilled.

As per a video posted on June 30 by “internet detected” Coffezilla via YouTube, the communication between Logan Paul and his CryptoZoo community has been reduced to zero, and there are no signs of the refund that the YouTuber had promised not so long ago. It is important to mention here that it was Coffezilla who brought up the issues related to the CryptoZoo project the first time.

“It’s been six months, so here’s a follow-up. Logan Paul has not paid back his victims, he hasn’t talked about it since he first announced he was gonna pay them back. And what’s worst of all, he doesn’t seem to have a plan in place to refund anyone,” said Coffezilla.

While talking about the source of his knowledge, Coffezilla noted, “How do I know that? Well because I’ve been asking Logan for that plan to refund people, the entire time, behind the scenes.”

As reported earlier by BitcoinWisdom, Logan Paul promised the victims of CryptoZoo a refund of 1000 Ether (ETH), which are worth close to $1.9 million at the time of writing. He also devised a plan to raise his NFT gaming project from the ashes in January 2023. A three-step process was outlined to refund the investors, starting with the YouTuber and his manager, CryptoZOO co-founder Jeff Levin burning their ZOO token holdings.

The second step was refunding 1000 ETH to investors, while in the third step, the YouTuber would “obviously finish and deliver the game as outlined in the whitepaper.”

Stephen Findeisen, the real name of Coffeezilla, noted that Logan Paul had actually implemented a rug pull and added that “CryptoZoo was supposed to be a fun blockchain game that can earn you money […] but millions of dollars of investor money later, things are still broken.”

Neither of the three steps has been implemented yet, and investors are still waiting for their money.
